You guys are an inspiration. I’d love to see more shows about the types of builds you are doing for clients. I love how you approach it from the direction of getting your fans excited about trying simple and different mods of our own, but then still busting out the American Chopper-esque professional “Tim Burton meets the Jetsons” mod. Can’t wait for the next season.
iv just watched the 5 episodes of the show and now all i think is inspirational thoughts from you guyz thanks for that and God Bless
lookin up more into your works and i certainly cant get updated from the bio-mechanical PC(nazxt choas), is the project discontinued ???
This migh be a bit of base but not including time but what was the cost of the materials to create the tower. How much would it cost to machine something like this if i were to go to your average machine shop etc…. if i had the materials??? I know machine workmenship and cost can vary greatly im sure im just looking for ball park. I was thinkinging of doing something and want to know if its in my budget. Want to do something similiar to what you guys did and build onto it with something like RONLEEC1 on youtube BioHazard case. I dont have the skills like him but i can do some of the work he did to a custom case i want to build. I’ve got my guts already so i can build with the demensions in mind
your imagination and skill set are both awesome!!
It’s Google SketchUp I believe.
not big on raid give me speed ssd . and I hear that flash is going to be big at a cheaper price.. not to many lights just keep your baby cool water cool or air jsut do it in a big way..
Absolutely love it. Was just catching up over on hackaday dot com and found an article about you guys.
You have obviously put a lot of work into it and it shows. I like that you go full spectrum and show fairly top end hardware and then cut to lower end (and lower budget) mods. Its a good balance that keeps viewership of those that have disposable income and those who have the dreams but not the dollars.
Keep up the great work.
@T-Risely – MOD MEN projects encompass more than “just” existing case mods.
Excuse me for my outright rudeness, but isn’t “case modding” changing an existing case to accomodate aftermarket/custom parts? The case above is a self built case, so really it hasn’t been modded.
Anyhow, I love this design, I still prefer standard cases though.
@mlody. You figured us out! We’re putting some cushions on this thing and pitching it to HGTV. Now THAT’S a home theater PC!
@Stem83 – You are right on. @youngnewbie – Liquid is in the reservoir.
Classic Cheaps design! One of these days if I could design something, hell even half as whacked as that monolithic slab of awesome, I’d be a happy bunny! Nice to see some people from the community get involved in more of Bill’s projects.
Looking forward to seeing ths in production. Looks like a 50-60′s Movie theatre very Architectural anyway
I am hopping the tower contains raid disks – cant wait for the show to start

Modmen, I like the new product reviews especially the 3M carbon fiber film, it gave me some great ideas on how to spice up my desktop. Keep the vids coming and I plan on hitting up your store real soon.
